Plant all your herbs in a type of soil (green earth), which you can mix with garden soil (2/3 earth, 1/3 earth). Above all, always place a drain (clay balls, pebbles) at the bottom of the pot.

Perennials such as mint, chives, celery, lemon balm, fennel or sweet can be planted from September to May (outside of the winter* or dry season), and even in rotation all year round, if available with summer irrigation in the first year.
